Terms & Conditions
The Container
The guidelines given in the Terms & Conditions are set to create a stable and safe container that holds the transformative power for our work together.
Commitment
This work requires a level of dedication and commitment. At times fear and resistance will arise, which we will learn to meet and transcend.
Homework is optional. When homework is given, it is for the speeding up of your progress, and should be considered a valuable gift for your awakening.
Payment
Packages are paid in full before the work begins, unless other agreements have been made. Invoice will be sent via email. Payment of the invoice is considered an acceptance of the Terms & Conditions on this page.
Sessions
Sessions run ~75 minutes. We commit to getting sentered and stilling our minds 5 - 10 minutes before the sessions starts, so that we show up on time, ready to begin the inner work.
Session can be recorded on either end of the conversation and a copy can be kept on google drive while the container is active.
Scheduling
Calendar scheduling of sessions happens as agreed upon during calls.
The recommended frequency for calls is weekly or bi weekly.
The exact frequency is agreed upon during scheduling.
Scheduling happens through a calendar and invites are sent via email.
Cancellation
Sessions cannot be canceled, only rescheduled.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling of sessions must happen 24hrs prior to the scheduled time.
Unless there is an emergency or “extraordinary and unforeseen circumstance” Rescheduling closer than 24hrs will be considered a “No Show” and the session as concluded.
Completion Times
Packages must be completed within a given timeframe.
8 Session Package to be completed within 5 months after payment is made.
5 Session Package to be completed within 2 months after payment is made.
3 Session Package to be completed within 1 month after payment is made.
Past the set timeframe, all remaining sessions will be considered complete, without refund.
Gifting & Refunds
Once a payment has been made and the work has begun, no refunds can be given for remaining sessions. You can however “pay it forward” and gift remaining sessions to someone you know that fits the type of work available, pending approval, or trust Kjartan´s discretion on gifting the sessions to people he knows.
The completion of gifting has to happen within the original timeframe for completion.
